Fearows japanese name is Onidrill so maybe give it a new ability that powers up drill moves like Drill Peck and Drill Run and maybe also release some new Drill moves for fearow like Fighting type Power Drill or Ice type Ice Drill (like the one used for drilling fishing holes on the artic).
Maybe also give the drill ability to excadrill though I doubt anyone will use it since Mold Breaker and Sand Rush is better on it.
