We meet up with grass lady. and we're given Cut. While HMs are called TMXs and can be deleted whenever, you still need to erase a move on your pokemon to use them. Cut is the same old fucking useless normal move, even when Gen 7 updated it so its effectively Scyther and Kartana's signature moves.
More notably, this means in some situations we have to fight incredibly stacked teams while being gimped by HMs. It used to be worse, they couldn't be deleted.
