Everyone either justs changes the typing of the normal type ones or just turns them into a 90-80 bp move. This kind of sucks balance wise because of how early you can get cut for example. After reading a post in another thread, and realized it would be a good way to make HMs more unique than just moves for the over world.

ie guts machamp with strength will always get big pecks

cut->hyper cutter/tough claws
fly->gale wings/infiltrator
surf-> swift swim/water bubble
strength-> guts/big pecks
flash->no guard/keen eye
