As far as overrated designs go, I've never understood the appeal of Rhydon. A lot of the outrage over Rhyperior seems rooted in the fact that it's so much worse than it's pre-evos, but while it's certainly an ugly design, Rhydon is just extremely bland, especially when compared to the similarly built Nidoking and Nidoqueen. Its stupid little horn just looks pathetic too.
