>>25098439>>25098507Even if you've blatantly the same Smogonfag that's shat up the past five or so threads in a row with the exact same arguments, I have to thank you for at least contributing to keeping the threads alive.
Stall just isn't fun to play against. It was probably the reason Nintendo's official VGC competitions switched over to Doubles rules and all ingame online is now 6v3, so that matches could be faster, so it's definitely had an adverse impact. Even if I'm personally a stallfag who enjoys watching my enemies slowly bleed to death, I'm not delusional enough to claim it's good for the game, and neither is most of Smogon.
>>25098536If you were the slightest bit knowledgeable about stall in Pokemon, you'd know that it's mostly kept alive by crazy shit like Mega Sableye, Blissey, Skarmory, Mega Venusaur, and other outliers that have insane resistances and unique abilities.
Well, those don't exist here, there's no amazing defensive puppet with Magic Bounce, and the type chart isn't absurdly imbalanced in favor of Steel-types. This is in addition to stuff like the Weakness status existing (prevents healing), a terrain called Suzaku that inverts all healing, Rapid Spin being a 50 BP Wind move, a Warp-type Brick Break that bypasses all resistances...
This game is not kind to stall.
