I thought that changing the formula and with 2 protagonists this would be the second golden age of anime, but Goh is hateful, Chloe is insignificant, Leon and Galar are a waste, Ash is exaggeratedly generic, finally we have a female rival and she has so much personality like a rock.
This series started with great ideas, but they were wasted, what is the purpose of Goh if instead of having its own merits if it is only becoming an Ash 2.0? what's Chloe's point if she's rarely showing up? What is the point of the rivalry with Bea if they made the passes in their second match? what is the point of watching Leon's battles if he has everything won thanks to the script?
