>>11991190You have to admit though for a Pokemon game adaptation, this manga is pretty dedicated to the franchise, its fans, and the original source material. The mangaka respects the characters and the Pokemon as much as any other Pokemon fan would. He is writing as a fan for the fans, and in most cases his stuff really delivers. That's definitely more than what can be said about the directors and writers for the anime.
