Decided to try my hand at jotting down some ideas for town layouts. Came up with this for "Brisbane".
Single-stroke lines mark pathways and bridges. Crosses mark water/the river. Arrows indicate when a path is exiting offscreen, possibly to another route or location of interest. PC stands for Pokemon Centre, PM for Pokemon Mart.
The idea behind the big building being a contest hall is because of the Brisbane Powerhouse. Decades ago, Brisbane had a power station in New Farm dedicated specifically to powering the tram system. When buses replaced trams, it became a derelict building, before being restored as an arts exhibitionary venue - perfect for a Contest hall.
