TL;DR - Professor of S/V attempted to make a Time Machine using crystals; the crystals however are part of a Legendary Pokemon that creates Fantasies/Wishes/Dreaming and not anything from real life.
So when the professor used the "Time Machine" it wasn't, it was a Fantasy/Wish Machine and that machine used the professors fantasies/wishes to create the Paradox Pokemon
They are not based from anything remotely close to real life and are entirely the professors OCs
