I can definitely see myself catching something like a Poliwag or a Slowpoke on one of my many trips to the beach.
When I went back in the corn field, I'm sure I'd have the opportunity to spot plenty of bug or grass types. Probably Pokemon like Hoppip or Illumise.
One day, I even found an abandoned cemetery in the forest behind the corn field! I'd love to have caught a Misdreavus.
I wanted to be a scientist as a kid, but not super strongly. I'd probably end up doing what I'm doing now. I'd do something like caring for sick or old Pokemon for people who are too busy to take care of them themselves.
So, even if I didn't catch a whole lot, I know I'd end up having lots of Pokemon friends.
