Ebay is where I got my cart. It's a good place to find legit carts easily, but at the same time you have to shop there with prior knowledge about the differences between a real cart and a fake one.
USUALLY the ones that go up to like $40-$50 are the real deal, but some good ways to check if they're real carts is:
-Looking over the sticker AND physical cartridge to see if there are any discrepancies between the listed cart and a REAL cartridge.
-Seeing if the cartridge has a FAT ESRB SYMBOL (Fat "E" symbol). Almost always the fake ones have a skinny E symbol in the bottom left corner when the real symbol should be fat.
-If there is a number imprint on the right half of the cartridge. It should be located in the middle somewhere on the right half.
Also when looking at the sticker on the cartridge, Emerald has a slight sheen to it. If the whole thing is like VERY shiny, it's probably fake.
