Pichu and Olimar got their hurtboxes increased. Olimar's smashes also got more vulnerability and his recovery is destroyed when he keeps trying to use it. Pichu hurts itself 1.5x more on average with everything except pummel, fsmash has more vulnerability, and ftilt has less kill power.
