Rillaboom's main problem is that similar to Skeledirge, it's "fanbase" was only built off of spite towards their hatred for the other starters rather than actually having a genuine fanbase.
Meanwhile the other starters were gradually building up their own dedicated loyal fanbases who made plenty of artwork and discussion for them organically while so called Rillaboom "fans" immediately discarded it to the wayside when they weren't using it to shit on the other starters
