I apologize for the uptick in mistakes. I haven't been able to sleep properly, so I decided I'd write then. Unfortunately, that means that I'm also exhausted when I'm writing.
Also, shit, so many good stories I need to catch up on. Once the first draft of this is out, I'm going to be doing so.

>take a double"Take a double" is not valid, but it technically would work anyways as a variation of the original idiom. It was still a mistake.
>thought grammarThis was because mid-writing the chapter, I had a change in how I portrayed the internal thoughts of Valentine.
Originally, I did not quoted the thoughts at all and more "integrated" with the rest of the paragraph, which led to some confusion when I got to the part where he's supposed to be muttering them without realizing.
I guess I rushed this one in particular and forgot to change it to the correct tensing.
I'm going to make a request that on the day of reckoning, you guys keep an extra eye out to make sure you can snag the internal monologuing I forgot to change. I'm sure there's a LOT of instances, since I haven't really gone over this with a fine tooth comb yet.
