Completely clueless Anon here. If I were to go catch a bunch of Paradox pokemon and wondertrade, is there some limiter for who can get them? Could I, for example, send off an Iron Valiant and it goes to Timmy the Youngster, who just started the game? Or are they locked to going to people that have already finished? No particular reason, I just think it'd be neat to send some out to people, even if they can't really use 'em.
