I have been to both countries and Spain is infinitely superior in every sense. The culture and history in Spain is actually worth visiting and it's unironically an underused setting. Mexico is just another third-world shithole colony with tons of unsafe areas and piss-smelling streets. Even your pyramids are shit. The only nice areas are Baja and Monterey.
