He said that the encounter with Red had him super corrupted and using a single OP missingno.
The part I'm interested in is seeing how they made Kanto corrupt. It's the same basic layout, but with scattered glitchy areas and there were low encounter rates for glitch pokemon in the wild that you could catch. Apparently they had stupid powerful stats, moves and abilities.
He also said the thread was on /v/ and not here, so for all I know it could have been a bunch of anons coming up with ideas instead of an actual hack.
