Sure, the AI using their stab because nothing else is better is fine, but making said stab a stronger, 100% proc charge beam elevates it into retarded territory
Though it's not even the worst one so far, nearly all the gym leader's OC moves have been pretty retarded, like Florinia getting a grass type Double Iron Bash on all of her mons
