Lisia becomes a very hardass tank although On the Ropes, Durable, and Aggravation are all at 3/5. At 2/5 you get most of her defensive buff nodes, which is a lot. Many people sleep on the fact that she buffs her own defense to +6 and has Revenge Boost 9. Defog + Clear View 1 makes her a soft accuracy buff, although you will have to enable debuffs in master mode.
Wally on the other hand doesn't get that much from the EX as his Focus Blast is stronger than his Sync Move so he'd rather have EX Supports sync instead. Regardless the buff in power is always welcome. People sleep on how good Wally is in non-SE, IMO he's probably the best pair to go with Xerneas since he's a special attacker with Ramming Speed. Add Surge for a cheap crit and attack buffer and you're set for pretty much every MM challenge.
