>>57209006They count. Any rarity variant of [cardname] in the set counts as that pokemon, see picrel. You can clear the basic 'get the bibs' mission with the regular 3 diamonds, with the EXes, with the 2* full arts, or with the rainbows - and the missions will update to whatever the highest rarity is too. When I cleared this I certainly didn't have the rainbow brigade, but since I now have them they show up instead.
