I consider Mallow to be a loli in the borderline sense, but it's hard to justify it when you compare her to Lana or Lillie. But to me she looks like a young girl that early puberty has been very kind to, as opposed to an older teen or something. It's the same way I feel about Misty. But I never post her in loli threads because I know people will get annoyed at her budding pubescent figure
