I have a nice dog I can spend time with while I'm swimming and not have to worry about swimming alone (in lakes and the ocean). If I could I would swim every day.
It functions just as well out of the water too. i can deal with wet fur smell for a little while. If it even has fur - if it has some scales or something then whatever, still pet it and hug it.
ITS A FISH DOG.
