>>15401100Kiss my ass. Speed Boost is only threatening on pokemon with the offensive assets to make it worthwhile. Pokemon like Blaziken and Sharpedo. Baton Passing a large number of boosts is cool but Ninjask is trash and so is Scolipede. The thing is best at using spikes and spiking is what it should do.
