Maybe Game Freak was concerned that the Aurorus having Snow Warning in the Battle Tree would have resulted in little timmy with his short attention span being overwhelmed by 100% accurate Blizzards, then going back to playing all those questionable phone games on mommy's $1,000 iPhone.
