It's not that hard just trying to aim for 20 wins in Singles with your ingame team first, you're going to want to unlock Super Singles eventually anyway. Even if you fail you're still earning BP. Once you've accumulated enough buy all those EV items and EV train your shit then proceed to unlock Super Singles and earn back all that BP.
