Caitlin and Shauntal were simple, Grimsley's Scrafty was a bit clutch and with Marshal I actually had to come up with a plan.
So Marshal starts with a Throh that has Storm Throw and Bulldoze. During my first try of the E4 the Throh always started with Storm Throw but after I decided to go back to the move relearner to learn Iron Defense (I did realize that Storm Throw always crits but went for it anyway), he started opening with Bulldoze. I dunno why he started doing that but that was really useful since my Pawniard has defiant so it was a free +2. After that I could one shot everything except the Sawk (it has sturdy), so I used Iron Defense and hoped to not get critted.
This definitely would've been a lot tougher had I not decided to give Pawniard it's Psycho Cut egg move.
