The Loco Collective
> Mad artists, basically. Start off with small mischief, like graffiti and absurdest pranks (like inflating a giant Psyduck balloon over a town dependent on solar power), but soon resort to kidnapping scientists. Ultimately want to summon a glitch-themed Pokemon that fucks up physics and will destroy the world, which the Loco Collective believes is "the greatest artistic expression of all time". It's afterwards revealed that the collective was a group of regular people especially susceptible to psychic manipulation, being toyed around with by the glitch-mon's hench-monster.
> Grunts wear overalls and bandannas, and cover their unexposed skin with brightly-colored paint. Try to act pretentious but clearly have no idea what they're talking about half the time.
> Their human leaders are actually a triad but speak as if one being when two or more are together. Unlike Ghetsis, they have no hidden ulterior motives that they hide from the rest of the collective, and genuinely believe in their primary goal. Consist of a brainwashed art professor, an army brigadier general, and a theoretical physicist.
Pokemon: Have a propensity towards brightly-colored Pokemon, but are not really restricted to a few types or species.
