If not Dratini than other rare spawns like Vaporeon, Kabuto, Dragonair, Slowbro, Tentacruel, etc.>Farm quite a few for candies there>Go to work as a security guard>Every hour I take a 15 minute break next to a highway, there's a path to a highway overpass directly where I park and on the other side of the highway is a pier with all kinds of rare Water spawns (pic related)>Dratini tends to spawn there once or twice and hour as well, close enough to appear on my radar too so I can dash across the highway once or twice a shift when the stars align, catch the Dratini, then go back to work>Random spawns in very unusual places accounted for 12-15 candiesNever even hatched a single Dratini out of a 10k and that's how I got my Dragonite. The Dratini I ended up evolving was 15/11/15 at 605 CP or something, couldn't believe it. High CP and 91% IVs.
