Temtems just fucking exist, for the most part when you look at one you don't really get why it's the way it is, what's it's "thing", how it would interact with others etc. It's just "elemental monster thingy", the only good temtems are the ones who feel like they actually do something. Pokemon are elemental animals, temtems are just elementals
