the totodile could see the blue of the water through his half closed, crimson eyes. The light shone threw the surface in a peculiar way which added a since of beauty.
It felt surreal. Like a dream. It was a total bless, being surrounded in this comfortable bed of water and being able to not worry about the single thing. Not a care in the world.
A few minutes of this comfort passed until the totodile could feel something pressed against his side. It took about another minute to realize that his body had taken rest on part of the underwater ground. It felt so soft and inviting yet firm and safe. He didn't mind at all and fell asleep.
He thought it had been a dream.
When he woke up, his head was less cloudy and he was in shock. He was underwater. It was not okay to be underwater! But he knew he had been down here for a while. And he was unsure whether or not to check his hands.

He took a moment before looking. His hands were small and blue. And his tail had a red scale on it. His feet looked like flippers and his body had a yellow mark. But oddly enough, he took it well. Most likely due to not realizing how to take it at all. He soon swam through the water, making way slowly to the surface, taking in the underwater beauty
