I'd introduce something kind of like Power Construct, where collecting every Unown allow you to gain an Unown with a new ability. This ability works kinda like schooling, and upon entering battle it changes to a new form with one of every Unown flying around in formation. It would gain +48 to defense, special defense, and HP and +24 to speed and special attack in this form. Additionally, via tutoring it could learn a move called transcribe that functions identically to sketch, except only to copy status moves (hidden power is still its only direct attacking move).
Basically it'd just be Smeargle with bulk.
