He has a good design, a nice ability: iron fist, a moovepool that work really well with that ability, a shit type but that's not really a problemn in the adventure, but then you see its stat and its 35 base attack and 110 sp.def because fuck you.
Ledian could have been a nice early game bug type pokemon with is own gimmick but right now it's probably one of the shittiest of shitmon when it could have been so much better.
