Farore as a lead with ThunderWave and Confuse Ray made easier to switch in the guys handling each leader:
Mooncoat with Brick Break for most of Sidney.
Shy Copper with a Belly Drummed Shadow Ball to sweep Phoebe's entire team.
And a combination of Farore and Mars for Glacia.
Then I lost Tropika to Drake due to my hesitation to switch her out to safety, which meant I had no way to safely switch out Mars out of Steven's Metagross Earthquake, so Shy had to take that hit to allow Mars too recover so he could oneshot the Metagross with Overheat. Still died in the end because apparently half of Steven's team carry Earthquake.
Seathorne finished the job with some Toxic-Confusion stalling, including Steven's 4 Full Restores.
And this is how half my team died to the Hoenn League.
A pyrrhic victory, but a victory nonetheless. Time to give it a rest.
