It's a clever gimmick that sets up an incredible ace while making her signature pokemon extremely impactful to the flow of the battle. Even if the rest of the fight is the same retarded AI and shit team, tricking you into setting her hazzards while holding a legend-tier pokemon in the back would have made her the best fight in the game and made her seem like an actual champion. Instead, her team is full of the kind of mons you leave in the box and she ends the fight with a hazzard setter. A complete waste of potential.
