You follow the Snorunts and a Froslass appears. You cannot catch her. Upon defeat she drops the other half of the journal.
As you return to the questgiver, you notice that the journal disappeared from your bag. The NPC says it probably returned to its rightful place and wonders why would a Pokemon hold a journal that belonged to a human.
