You can do sexy without resorting to using female human body aspects as a calque, i.e. dont copy it 1:1, take what you find sexy about them and try to adapt, even if it is not gonna look very canonical (think of it as your take on canon design, your "le style"). See pic-related for example, very good adaptation, though it is one of more faithful to the OG, but still, it can be sexy. If desired you can give a bit more plump here and there and some more curvature, just try to avoid it looking too human-like, because it goes back into territory of "classic furry", which is a trash concept.
