I'm personally thinking either Africa or South America. I'd be surprised if it wasn't one of those two.
I'm gonna try and do some sleuthing, since B/W the GameFreak team always visit the location of the game they're developing for inspiration. Time to dig up personal twitter accounts and blogs of the team and see if there are any unusual visits around the world.
