Pic related for example is only in my Lillie folder and not my Lana or Mallow one because Lillie's front and center while the other two are both off to the sides and behind her.
On that note, I do splat my character folders quite a bit
For example I'll use my Bianca folder. The first split is SFW vs NSFW. The second split is major character designs if applicable, BW1 Bianca and BW2 Bianca have separate folders inside my Bianca folder. The next split is solo vs group pictures and then within the group pictures, I have a separate folder for each different popular pairing so one folder for pictures containing Bianca and Hilda, Bianca and Ash, Bianca and Rosa, etc. Then for uncommon pairings, I keep all of those together in a single folder so that I don't end up with 30 sub folders in one place. With the solo pictures, I have my favorite/frequently used pictures in its own separate folder just for ease of use of not having to go through 100+ images every time
