Dragons in general are an interesting case. While mostly reptilian, their bodies are likely somewhat different from real reptiles, since the type in general is heavily associated with mythology and mysticism (how "dragons" are perceived in the east) and needs appropriate changes to be a proper conduit for the supernatural. While mammalian Pokemon have bodies closest to and most compatible with human ones, mating with dragons could make for a very unique experience.
