I'm looking to maximise my chances of getting good IV's on a shiny timid gastly with disable, I don't care about attack because it will be a special attacker.
Is there any way I can improve this setup? I have been trying to trade on the GTS for a Japanese ditto with better stats than just 31 HP and Special Defense but after like 100 trades I haven't found anything better.
