As a kid I used to have a TCG Dark Slowking card by my favorite artist Tomokazu Komiya. I really liked the atmosphere and expression in it, it made me wish dark and light pokemon were a thing.
Then isle of armor came out and they actually made a Slowking variant that's very much like Dark Slowking, and eventually it got a Komiya illustration too. This pokemon is like a dream come true, definitely one of my favorites.
