Wugtrio and Spidops are borderline useless but have signature moves. Lokix has a signature type and a killer movepool. Bombirdier has a great movepool despite its Gen I stat distribution.
But Squawkabilly?

But at this point in the franchise there's no point introducing Normal/Flying types unless they're high a BST support Pokemon/tank ( Mandibuzz stats) or special attacker. All the physical niches are filled.
