>>58636007To be honest, I don't want them to get remakes any time soon. Not because I'm afraid they'll get subpar remakes, or because I hate them or anything like that. But because the longer they go without them, the more valuable and mystique they become. Everyone has already been exposed to every other region so many times now that they're not fresh anymore. The new generation will only grow more interested and curious about the regions that GF seemly ignores, which is Johto and Unova. Only the vets will know what it's like to have played through those games and at the time when they were new and fresh, as fully intended.
