It's horribly averaged stats, lack of any recovery, garbage abilities, and no way to make use of it's unique typing is the blunder of the fucking century. It's fucking worthless and they should make a new water/steel type already. That or retcon Blastoise to water/steel since at least that fucker can setup sweep as a mega with shell smash now and also got flip turn.
