This is a dark gym leader I made named Umbriel. She runs a nightclub where she DJ's and hosts the battles while people get fucked up and dance in the background.
Her generic gym team is Houndoom, Umbreon, Murkrow, and Zweilous. Her full end game team is Mega Houndoom, Umbreon, Honchkrow, Hydregion, Tyrannitar, and Incineroar.
I never fleshed out her story but it was essentially that the area she was in didn't have dark types, which were her favorite, so she eventually traveled around specifically looking for them. Doing all kinds of research to find them and to become a dark type master, and getting the mega stones for them.
She's actually my favorite pokemon OC I Have, and I'm pretty proud of her. This pic is over a year old now I should redraw her I'm way better now.
