An RNG'd 6IV ditto is not hacked and obtained completely legitimately, but it is done so by exploiting game mechanics. The legitimacy of the former is obvious, the latter really comes down to "is it fair to use things we aren't supposed to know?"
At least I think that's how it works, I've never RNG'd myself.If you're referring to what you see ingame, assuming the person who genned is half decent, absolutely nothing.
