Weezing. I “discovered” it when I was messing around on Showdown early last year, and was mighty impressed by its bulk. It's got no recovery, but a very diverse movepool to make up for it. Every since then, I try to shoehorn it onto every competitive team (it sucks in the main game, sadly) and have never been disappointed with it. The design is also pretty good for a Pokémon meant to look monstrous.
