My cousin and younger brother were going for Chimchar and Piplup, can't remember exactly, so that left me with Turtwig. And I stuck with it ever since. I really cherish the Pokemon. In fact, I put it on my ultimate team. It's not (or at least wasn't until this generation) a bad Pokemon, especially if you had Trick Room.
