Both Mewtwo X and Mewtwo Y are bad at farming, bad at burning objectives, and pretty bad at securing them unless you stand on top of an objective so their unite can hit it. Mewtwo Y also has very low movement speed so you can easily out rotate it or kill it with a speedster.

If you want to beat mewtwo just jungle invade them and set them behind, assassinate mewtwo Y with your unite cooldowns, or don't fight them and burn objectives.
