During my childhood, i never was very found of pokémons, especially not battles. But my mother offered me, when i was 11, a Poochyena I named Agatha (it was the name of a police novels writter i loved). I fought once or twice but i hated it, so i stoped.
When i was 13, during hollidays, my uncle wanted to show me how to catch a pokémon. With MY Agatha, he fought and caught a Hoothoot, then gave it to me. I named her Noomi, from an actress i loved (she was in a detective tv show). When i was 15-ish, however, i read some books about a Secret Agent using his pokémons to resolve mysteries and beat bad guys. I started to dream about becoming a good trainer, like him, and to fight for good and justice, so i asked my father to get one with me. Happy to be a part of that, he helped me to find and catch a Clauncher (Walther, the name of the secret agent in the books). During months, i learned – in books of course – all i could about pokémon combats, and trained a lot. That's when Agatha, Noomi and Walter evolved.
But when i was 17, i wanted to focus on my studies, and to pass my grade, so i put the training aside. Beside, i grew a little tired to fight with my mons.
When i finaly had my diploma, i said goodbye to my hometown and went in Lumiose City, with my pokémons, to become a public writter (and because my BF was there : i met him at the university, he's a Historian). But i didn't have a lot of clients, and times were rough. 1/?
